*As of 2019, I am no longer able to accept clients with Medicaid / XIX insurance due to the changes of MCOs with the State of Iowa privatizing this insurance. If this changes in the future, I will re-evaluate the ability to once again serve those with Medicaid / XIX insurance coverage.
Self-pay is also accepted for those without insurance coverage.

Cash and checks are accepted for out-of-pocket expenses, including payments of co-pays and deductibles. Payment is requested at the time of each session. Late cancellation and no-show charges may be incurred if less than 24 hours notice or no notice for missed appointments is given.
